Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Iron Will Fitness Club LLC (“IWFC,” “Iron Will,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you visit our website, purchase or use Online Coaching, complete onboarding, schedule a consultation, communicate with us, or use other IWFC services.

1. Information We May Collect

A. Contact and Account Information

We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, billing-related contact information, membership status, communication preferences, and records of your acceptance of applicable terms, agreements, waivers, disclosures, and service-related SMS consent.

B. Payment and Transaction Information

When you purchase a membership or other service, payment information is generally collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We may receive limited transaction information such as your name, contact information, product or membership selected, payment status, subscription status, renewal date, cancellation status, and limited payment-method details such as the last four digits of a card. Iron Will generally does not receive or store your complete card number.

C. Online Coaching Information

If you enroll in Online Coaching, we may collect information you voluntarily provide so we can deliver and improve your coaching experience. This may include:

  • Your goals, priorities, and reasons for wanting change
  • Your preferred coaching style, schedule, and availability
  • Your commitments, check-ins, responses, outcomes, and follow-up history
  • Your training background, workout participation, and progress information
  • Your food, movement, recovery, sleep, habit, or general-wellness information that you choose to share
  • Questions, messages, photos, screenshots, workout notes, food logs, or other materials you voluntarily send
  • Notes relating to coaching, support, safety review, escalation, or human review

D. Functional Strength Information

If you request or use Functional Strength guidance, we may collect information needed to determine whether an available standardized pathway is appropriate and to administer that pathway. This may include your selected home or gym pathway, available equipment, strength-training background, general safety-screening responses, relevant limitations you choose or are required to disclose, workout assignments, exercise replacements, workout completion information, and review or progression records.

Functional Strength guidance is general fitness education and standardized workout direction. It is not medical care, diagnosis, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or individualized medical treatment.

E. Communications

We may retain records of communications you send or receive through email, text messages, website forms, support requests, Online Coaching, consultation requests, or other communication channels you choose to use with us.

F. Website and Technical Information

When you visit our website, we or our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, date and time of access, referring website, general website activity, and cookie or similar technology data. We may use this information to operate the website, understand usage, improve the experience, and protect system security.

2. How We Use Information

  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of IWFC, our members, and others

3. AI-Assisted Services

Iron Will uses AI-assisted technology to support parts of the coaching experience, including routine accountability, message personalization, interpretation of ordinary member input, follow-up, and general educational responses.

We may use third-party technology providers to process limited information needed to operate these features. We take reasonable steps to limit information used for this purpose and maintain appropriate safeguards.

AI-assisted services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, mental-health care, physical therapy, registered-dietitian services, or other individualized care from a qualified professional. Do not use IWFC text messages or Online Coaching to send emergency information or information you would not want processed electronically.

4. Text-Message Privacy

Online Coaching is delivered in substantial part through service-related SMS messages. If you enroll, we may use your mobile number and related information to send onboarding messages, accountability check-ins, coaching-support messages, reminders, workout-related messages when applicable, replies to messages you send, and membership, billing, safety, or account notices.

Message frequency varies based on participation and responses. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of recurring texts or HELP for assistance.

Service-related SMS participation is required to activate and continue Online Coaching because text messaging is part of how the service is delivered. Consent to promotional or marketing text messages is separate and is not required as a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your SMS opt-in or consent status with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the requested messaging service. We may share limited data with platform providers, telephone companies, carriers, and vendors that help deliver and support requested text messages.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information when reasonably necessary with payment processors, website hosting providers, messaging platforms and carriers, technology and AI service providers, email and communication providers, professional advisers, licensed workout-content or delivery providers, and contractors or vendors performing services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful government requests, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights or safety, or complete a merger, sale, transfer, reorganization, or similar business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember preferences, understand website activity, improve performance, and protect security. You can usually adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain membership and transaction records, support legitimate business operations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, and protect system security. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and reason it was collected.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, database, electronic communication, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request correction of contact information, review of certain personal information we maintain, deletion of certain information subject to legal and operational requirements, or updates to communication preferences.

To stop recurring IWFC text messages, reply STOP. To make another privacy-related request, email info@ironwillfitnessclub.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights, and we will respond to valid requests as required by law.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website and services may contain links to or rely on third-party websites, applications, payment processors, messaging systems, workout-delivery platforms, and other services. We are not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information directly to them.

11. Children’s Privacy

Online Coaching is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have received such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, email, text message, or another appropriate method.
