Frequently asked questions
Questions before — or after — you join.
Straight answers about Online Coaching, workouts, billing, cancellation, and how Iron Will works.
How personalized is the coaching?
Your coaching is personal to you. Your goals, schedule, equipment, training background, safety information, and what actually happens week to week help shape your workout guidance, follow-up, education, and ongoing coaching. It is delivered remotely rather than through live face-to-face training, and it is not medical care, rehabilitation, or physical therapy.
How is this different from a fitness app or AI trainer?
A plan is only the starting point. Iron Will gets to know you, follows up on what actually happened, helps figure out why something worked or did not, and uses that experience to shape what comes next. AI helps us deliver that coaching consistently, but the coaching is what you are buying.
How does the coaching reach me between workouts?
A lot of the ongoing coaching happens through SMS. Iron Will can check whether a commitment happened, ask what got in the way, answer routine questions, and help keep the next useful action clear without requiring another app or dashboard.
Do I need a gym?
No. Functional-strength guidance can support home or gym training depending on the pathway and equipment available to you.
Is this mainly a workout program?
Iron Will is a coaching program built to help you create better health and a better lifestyle. Strength training is a major tool, along with better nutrition habits, daily movement, recovery, education, follow-up, and behavior change that helps those actions become part of normal life.
What if I fall off?
That is exactly when coaching matters. The goal is not punishment or shame. We use the lapse as information, help identify what got in the way, and work toward the next useful action.
What happens after I join?
After checkout, you complete a secure onboarding so Iron Will can learn about your goals, training background, schedule, equipment, habits, and safety considerations. Your onboarding is evaluated, your coaching setup is prepared, and you receive your next steps by text. If something needs human review, Mitch can review it before coaching moves forward.
What if I am really out of shape?
That is a perfectly reasonable place to start. The goal is not to throw you into somebody else's workout. Coaching starts from your current ability, experience, equipment, and confidence, then builds from there at a pace you can actually sustain.
What if I have pain or medical issues?
Tell us during onboarding and whenever something changes. Some situations may require exercise changes, human review, or clearance from your healthcare professional before moving forward. Iron Will provides general fitness and wellness coaching; it does not diagnose or treat pain and is not medical care, rehabilitation, or physical therapy.
Is this for weight loss?
It can support weight-loss and body-composition goals through strength training, nutrition habits, daily movement, recovery, and consistent follow-through. But Iron Will is not built around chasing a number on the scale. The larger goal is better health, strength, capability, and habits you can maintain.
Is this for people using GLP-1 medications?
It can be. Iron Will can support the fitness and lifestyle side — including strength training, daily movement, recovery, and practical nutrition habits — while you continue to work with the clinician managing your medication. We do not prescribe, adjust, or advise on medication dosing or replace medical care.
How do I update my card or cancel?
Use Manage Billing to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your membership. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. If you need help, email info@ironwillfitnessclub.com.
