IWFC Functional Strength guidance is general fitness education and standardized workout direction. It is not medical care, diagnosis, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or individualized medical treatment.

AI-assisted services are used to support the member experience. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, mental-health care, physical therapy, or individualized care from a qualified professional.

We may use third-party technology service providers to process limited information needed to operate these features. We take reasonable steps to limit the information used for this purpose and to maintain appropriate safeguards.

Please do not use IWFC text messages or online coaching features to send emergency information, highly sensitive personal information, or information you would not want processed electronically.

If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Iron Will Fitness Club, we may use your mobile phone number and related information to send:
